• Customer management
• Access through web dashboard, SMS, and WhatsApp
• AI-powered business insights
• Multi-shop and multi-module support

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• One account per phone number is allowed unless we approve otherwise
• Business owners may create employee accounts
• Login credentials must be kept confidential
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials

Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

• New users may receive a free trial when offered
• Prices are in Tanzanian Shillings unless stated otherwise
• We may change pricing with advance notice

Certain business activities are not permitted on Stawi Biz.

• Illegal drug trafficking or unauthorized controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives sales
• Gambling or betting operations
• Adult content or services
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Pyramid schemes or fraudulent businesses
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Any business prohibited by Tanzanian law

You retain ownership of business data you enter into Stawi Biz. You grant us permission to use that data only as needed to provide and improve the service.

The service, software, design, branding, and platform content are owned by Mdoe-Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without permission.

We work to keep Stawi Biz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible
• We are not liable for outages beyond our control
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features
• Significant changes will be communicated to users when appropriate

The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Stawi Biz provides tools and insights to support business decisions. You remain responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mdoe-Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your business activities conducted through the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature where available.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, fail to pay subscription fees, or abuse the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We may retain data where required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes may be notified through email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notice, or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

• These terms form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
